BACON JAM BRIE INGREDIENTS
Bacon Jam
1 sheet puff pastry
1 wheel brie
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons pecans

BACON JAM BRIE DIRECTIONS
On a parchment lined baking sheet, roll out puff pastry.
Place Brie in the center of pastry, top with 1/2 cup (or more) of bacon jam on top of Brie.
Fold each corner of puff pastry up over bacon jam, brushing each corner with egg (this will help hold the pastry together).
Top pastry with 1 or 2 tablespoons of bacon jam and pecans.
Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown around 20-25 minutes.
Cover with foil if it starts to get too dark (like mine did!)
Serve with pita chips!
